A 218 unit project in Arizona where COe Renovation performed the repair and upgrade of 4 " Fire Damaged Units". The entire property was upgraded with Blown Insulation to R-30 for better energy efficiency. We had also upgraded the monument sign.

A 201 unit project where COe Renovation performed an exterior beautification on the

property consisting of paint, wood trim, Stucco repairs, and new privacy fences

A 188 unit beautification project. The project included 6 color exterior painting, New Blown Insulation for each unit, Balcony repairs, Private Deck repairs, Office & Clubhouse upgrades and the conversion of a laundry area to a unit. 

A 232 unit project where COe Renovation performed an exterior beautification on the

property consisting of paint, Stucco repairs, and replacement of multiple Walkways, Stair

Stringers and Steps

A 496 unit project where COe Renovation performed an exterior three color paint refresh as

well as a significant repair of stucco areas throughout the property.
